Colour Variation
The colour of dresses varies on-screen and in-person. Unfortunately, this is an issue for which we don’t have a solution.
Photoshoots and dresses are both provided to us by brands.
We cannot make the colour of dresses look the same to you on-screen and in-person due to factors such as photoshoot lighting, screen brightness and your home lighting.
Stitching and Care
Some of our collections our supplied by brands as ready to wear while others are unstitched. Unstitched collections go through our stitching service before being made available at our store in London and on our website as stitched and ready to wear Pakistani dresses.
Our dresses are mostly stitched as per the style shown in brands' fashion shoot images. Brands do not supply accessories with their unstitched collections. These are procured separately by us. Therefore, accessories may vary from images depending on availability at the time of stitching.
As per requirements of our clientele, low backs, drop shoulders and sleeveless dresses are adjusted to standard backs, standard shoulders and with sleeves attached. Trousers are stitched to full length.
Due to the nature of accessories, embellishments and work on dresses, they are required to be handled and worn with care.
Due to their delicate nature, accessories and embellishments can get displaced. Tassels with open metal ends can easily slip off the thread they are tied with.
Spare threads from embroidery or fabrics and threads from fabrics such as organza will need to be cut off.
All our suits and dresses are recommended to be dry-cleaned to avoid any damage caused by washing.
Delivery
UK Delivery
Delivery (1-4 working days following dispatch) is free for orders over the value of £100 and £5 for orders below £100.
Worldwide Delivery
Delivery to Europe (5-10 working days following dispatch) is £15 and to the rest of the world (7-10 working days following dispatch) is £30.
